One-to-one clinical psychology, grounded in evidence and shaped around your goals. Whether you're navigating change, managing pressure, or working through something more longstanding, therapy you can trust to be considered, confidential, and genuinely useful.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. The first session is a space to work that out together.
We start with a thorough conversation about what you're experiencing, how it's affecting you, and what you'd like to change, building a clear picture of what's going on and why.
Drawing primarily on CBT and schema-informed approaches, with other methods used where the context calls for it, always evidence-based or in line with established psychological theory.
You'll leave with frameworks and skills you can use between sessions and well beyond therapy, because the goal is lasting change, not dependence on the room.
Many of the people I work with come for focused, structured work and finish with a clear plan they can carry forward. Some prefer a longer, ongoing arrangement. We'll agree the shape together at the start, and revisit it whenever it makes sense.
Clinical Psychologist · From the NHS to elite performance.
I trained and worked in the NHS, where I learned what good clinical work actually looks like up close, with careful assessment, evidence-based therapy, and the kind of formulation that holds up when someone is genuinely struggling. That foundation still shapes everything I do.
From there, I moved into elite performance, working with individuals, teams, and organisations on the psychology of operating at the top of their field. The settings changed, but the underlying questions stayed the same: how do people manage pressure, stay clear under load, and keep performing when the stakes are high?
My particular interests are anxiety, high performance, and performing under pressure. The work today brings those threads together, in rigorous psychological work that takes both your symptoms and your goals seriously, whether you're getting through a difficult period or sharpening how you operate at your best.
Fees are payable by bank transfer ahead of each session. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice are not charged.
Therapy that works isn't generic. It's matched to you, your context, your goals, and the way you think and feel. My approach blends rigorous, evidence-based methods with the question that matters most: what would actually make a difference in your life?
Sessions are confidential, focused, and shaped around what you bring. Whether you want short-term, structured work or longer-term therapy, we'll agree the shape together at the start and adjust it as things move.
